• Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for order handling and dispatch

• Carriers: Orders are shipped using trusted UK couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD, depending on your location and order size

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door. If your tracking link hasn’t updated within a few days, feel free to reach out.

Delivery Notes

• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)

• In some rural or remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer

• If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place or attempt redelivery based on their policy
